The products and services offered or referred to on this website are subject to availability.


Time to Accessories! return policy allows only for products purchased directly,only applicable to accessories purchased in the 14 day policy.Goods purchased are allowed for exchange if the agree to the the 14 day exchange policy:
  • -Goods exchange must be within 14 days of purchase
  • -Goods exchanged must be in re-sealable condition.
  • -Our staff holds the right to reject products if it does not meets requirements.
  • -A extra charge of $2 for return of exchange product outside 15days
  • -Product exchanged must be in their original and undamaged packaging with the receipt given from us. 
  • -Item can be exchanged for another item of the same price or more provided that retailers pay the cost difference 
  • -Goods purchased are nonexchangeable during our Annual Year End Sales,Pre-Renovation Sales and  Moving Out Sales
  • -All goods are non refundable
  • -Discounted items are not refundable
For return of damaged product or manufacturing fault,please contact us immediately,a compensation of double the purchased price would be given for our incompetence.
All prices are inclusive of a GST of 7%,Tax and Shipping.
Goods must be paid by cash payment only. Any other modes of payment are not accepted by our retail shops.
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. All items are carefully checked and hand-packed before shipment.
We offer refunds or exchange for unused products up to 14 days after the item has been received. Return items will only be refunded after we receive the return. (For decals which were ruined during application process, we offer a free replacement, please read our FAQ section.)
Please use a trackable shipping method when making a return and include a copy of your receipt. AppleStyx is not responsible for return shipping costs. In special cases, we may offer to cover the cost of return shipping.
